Blowdown Station for Solvent Mist Extraction
AirBench BDS is a self-contained blowdown station designed for the removal of solvent mists, and other contaminants from components.
Developed based on customer requests, BDS builds on our established BD model, introducing control of solvent mists through the addition of a heavy duty carbon filter and ATEX fanset.
The integrated compressed air gun allows operators to blow contaminants from parts. Droplets blown from parts are drawn into the integral bin; fugitive mist and droplets are prevented from escaping by the polycarbonate screen.
The heavy duty carbon filter captures fume in the exhaust and prevents external contamination.
BD is available in 500mm and 1000mm workstation widths.
