ATEX Rated Downdraught Bench

The ATEX rated AirBench FX range comprises 3 downdraught benches designed for use in areas assessed under DSEAR as having an occasional risk of an explosive atmosphere.

FX is designed for dust extraction applications only, and is suitable for use in zone 22 (or for dust extraction in zone 2). All filters and electrical components are independently certified as being suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

  • Fully welded and powder coated
  • 3mm steel surface, perforated and powder coated
  • 150kg surface loading; up to 500kg surface loading on request
  • Actively clamped filters
  • ATEX zone 22 or zone 2 rated
  • Optional ATEX DOL Starter
  • COSHH and HSG258 compliant
